Geniuses, I tell you...

Okay so my HEC Advanced Management (Management- Analyse, Outils et interventions) students are blowing me away. A few days ago, class on KM and competencies. I just start them off by asking possible definitions of knowledge and they went right ahead and redesigned my PhD dissertation. Next day, same session, different class they went a totally opposite direction and looked at environmental conditions.

Tuesday class is black board. Wednesday class is green board.








That confirms that a class is only as good as its students, the instructor does not matter much.
