He also managed to congratulate himself for "bringing the US to discuss environmental issues" and congratulated himself for everything his government has done to attack the problem of global warming. Considering he barely recognized the reality of global warming (recently, he announced it was just a socialist plot), I wonder what he refers to when he talks about all that was done by his government...
